Needle-punching filter felt is a laminar complex substance of weaving cloth and nonwovens. In the middle material, there is one layer of scrim to strengthen steel skeletons . The strength and extension at break basically depend on the strength of raw material. In recent years,, chemical fiber industrial thread with high strength has been developed. If we use this material, the ability of filing would be up to 1600-2000N and extension rate would be reduced. This will greatly improve the resistance to impact of the filter material. Meanwhile, nonwoven  needle punched filter material also can be used widely in liquid filing field. For instance, we can  use  needle-punched filter  with strong scrim as substitute to make industrial bags to avoid breaking for wind and pressure.
