Polypropylene needle-punched filter felt made by high quality of PP fiber not only owns the advantages of common needle punched filter felt, but also has the characters of acid resistance and lower softening point than dacon. So it is used in the condition of high acidity and alkalinity with the working temperature below 100℃. It often works with liquid separation equipments together. Polypropylene felt which is used for isolation of liquid and solid is made of  polypropylene fiber in different specification and high strength thread that can strengthen raw cloth and also need singeing and calendering.
